The well established Garden Event in support of the Murray Downland Trust will take place on Saturday, 9th May 2026, from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. The event will again be generously hosted by Philip and Jean Jackson in their gorgeous garden at Caster’s Brook in Cocking.

Philip Jackson CVO is perhaps our nation’s leading sculptor, the creator of the statues of Bomber Command and of the Queen Mother in London to name but two of his many commissions. Philip will conduct tours of some of his sculptures in the garden. Refreshments will be available, including Mike Hadley’s traditional hot dog BBQ.

All profits will go to support the management of the MDT’s reserves in Heyshott and elsewhere on the South Downs.

Admission: £8.00 per person (under 16's Free). Tickets are purchased at the gate on the day. No advance purchases available.
